Both overnight and commuter students are welcome at the Collegiate Soccer School at
Marvelwood School, Kent, CT.

July 24-28, 2005 (Boys/Girls ages 8-18)
Tution:
Overnight: $535 and Commuter: $435
(include five days of instruction, Adidas soccer ball, Adidas t-shirt, awards and meals)

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
Certified First Aid personnel and an Athletic Trainer will be on site at all time.

REGISTARTION CONFIRMATION
Upon accepatnce to the Collegiate Soccer School, players will be sent a Medical Form,
which must be completed prior to registration, directions to the camp and a complete
list of what to bring to camp. As a general point of information, players must bring
shorts, socks and soccer shoes, which should be broken in at least three weeks prior to
the start of camp. A soccer ball and Collegiate Soccer School t-shirt will be issued to
each player at Registration. A $100 non-refundable deposit must be received by June 30,
2005 and will be applied to the total school cost.
